All assessments undertaken by PBPL are conducted by auditors qualified to the requirements of ISO 19011 with expertise matched to the nature of an applicant company’s activities under assessment. The company is advised in advance of the composition of the Audit Team and the schedule of audit for confirmation.

The Team Leader is responsible for planning the audit in accordance with the requirements, assigning auditing functions to team members, and reporting, with authority to make final decisions regarding interpretation of the applicable standard requirements. The Team Leader also makes recommendations for granting certification based on the review of compliance levels of the systems in operation.

The applicant company is responsible for providing PBPL Auditors with access to relevant facilities and records, appointing a responsible person to coordinate audit arrangements, and providing all resources required by the audit team to perform their duties.
